Beck is widely regarded as one of the greatest guitarists of all time and has been listed as one of the top 10 electric guitarists by Rolling Stone magazine.

Born in Wallington, Surrey in 1944, he began playing guitar at the age of 15 and formed the Yardbirds in 1963.

After leaving the group in 1965, he had a successful solo career, releasing a series of critically acclaimed albums and performing with a variety of musical artists.

He has also collaborated with other guitarists and continues to tour and record to this day.
